7. Jal Mahal:
Jal Mahal is a beautiful palace in the middle of a lake called Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur. It looks like it has only one floor, but there are actually five floors! The bottom four floors are hidden under the water. The palace is very old and special because it doesn’t leak even though it’s surrounded by water. People aren’t sure what the palace was used for. There are no rooms for people to sleep, so it might have been a place for picnics or something else. You can see the palace from the outside for free, but you can’t go inside. 8. Nahargarh Fort:
Built in 1734, Nahargarh Fort was a strong defense for Jaipur city. It is nicknamed “abode of tigers”. The fort offered stunning views. The royal family used to stay in this fort during summer. There’s a palace called Madhavendra Bhawan where the queens and king would relax. It was believed that the land belonged to a prince named Nahar Singh Bhomia, and his spirit caused trouble during construction.
